Ex-assessor da Câmara diz à PF que destruiu provas a pedido de Geddel e Lúcio Vieira Lima
Preso pela PF, Job Ribeiro afirmou que documentos foram picotados e jogados em vaso sanitário. Defesa dos irmãos Vieira Lima diz que só se manifestará quando tiver acesso ao depoimento.
O ex-secretário parlamentar da Câmara Job Ribeiro Brandão afirmou, em depoimento à Polícia Federal (PF), que o ex-ministro Geddel Vieira Lima (PMDB-BA) e o deputado Lúcio Vieira Lima (PMDB-BA) pediram a ele para destruir anotações, agendas e documentos que poderiam comprometer os dois peemedebistas.
Ex-assessor de Lúcio Vieira Lima na Câmara, Job Brandão foi preso, em setembro, na operação da Polícia Federal que encontrou R$ 51 milhões em um apartamento, em Salvador, usado como cofre pelo ex-ministro Geddel Vieira Lima. Atualmente, ele está em prisão domiciliar com monitoramento eletrônico.
A defesa dos irmãos Vieira Lima afirmou por meio de nota que está impossibilitada de se manifestar porque não teve acesso ao documento do depoimento de Job Ribeiro. “Não tivemos acesso ao documento. A defesa só se manifesta sobre o que teve acesso. Não estou dizendo simplesmente que não nos manifestaremos. Digo que estou IMPOSSIBILITADO materialmente de me manifestar”, diz a nota do advogado Gamil Foppel.

Job Ribeiro Brandão se tornou alvo da PF porque os investigadores encontraram digitais dele no apartamento em que estavam escondidos os R$ 51 milhões e até em parte do dinheiro.
O ex-auxiliar do irmão de Geddel prestou depoimento aos policiais federais na última terça-feira (14), na capital baiana. Aos investigadores, Job Brandão relatou pedidos que recebeu de Geddel enquanto o ex-ministro de Michel Temer estava em prisão domiciliar em Salvador.
No depoimento, o ex-secretário parlamentar contou que, a pedido de Geddel, Lúcio e da mãe dos irmãos Vieira Lima, Marluce, auxiliou na destruição de documentos. Segundo ele, esses documentos foram picotados e jogados em um vaso sanitário.
O ex-assessor da Câmara também relatou que a secretária Milene Pena e a mulher de Lúcio, Patrícia, participaram da operação de descarte de documentos.
Delação premiada
Job Ribeiro Brandão pediu nesta sexta-feira (17) ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) a revogação da prisão domiciliar e do monitoramento eletrônico.
No pedido enviado ao ministro Luiz Edson Fachin, a defesa de Job diz que, no depoimento à Polícia Federal, ele “manifestou espontaneamente o desejo de colaborar com as investigações”, num indicativo que pode fazer um acordo de delação premiada.
A TV Globo confirmou que o ex-assessor está em negociação com a Procuradoria Geral da República (PGR) para fechar acordo de delação premiada.
O ex-assessor já se colocou à disposição para entregar o que sabe sobre o episódio dos R$ 51 milhões. A próxima fase é apresentar documentos aos procuradores.
Só depois disso, a PGR decidirá se aceita ou não a proposta da defesa para fechar acordo de delação.

Job Brandão disse à Polícia Federal que recebia dinheiro do ex-ministro para contar na casa da mãe de Geddel, que mora no mesmo prédio do peemedebista, em um condomínio de luxo de Salvador.
Ele também explicou aos investigadores que as quantias variavam de R$ 50 mil a R$ 100 mil e chegavam em pacotes de papel pardo. Às vezes, segundo o ex-assessor, as cédulas apareciam soltas ou envoltas em fitas.
O ex-secretário parlamentar afirmou ainda que não sabia de onde vinha o dinheiro e nem para onde era enviado depois que ele contabilizava as notas. Ele disse que a contagem era feita em uma sala reservada, que funcionava como uma espécie de gabinete.
