Vereadores recorrem ao Ministério Público para ter direito de fiscalizar o Município de Paraopeba
Após a apresentação de Requerimentos apresentados na 21ª Reunião Ordinária desta terça-feira (7), da Câmara Municipal de Paraopeba, os quais foram rejeitados por 9 votos a 2, os vereadores Roberto César, “Veio” e Ronaldo Lima, “Donato” cumpriram o que haviam prometido e foram ao Ministério Público, no dia seguinte, nesta quarta-feira (8) para protocolar os Requerimentos Nº 043/2017 ao Nº 046/2017, solicitando providências cabíveis, com o objetivo de exercer o direito de fiscalizar o Executivo Municipal, próprio da função de vereador.
A solicitação foi encaminhada pelos vereadores “Veio” e “Donato” à promotora de Justiça da Comarca de Paraopeba, Dra. Luciana Perpétua Corrêa. Conforme já publicado pelo site megacidade.com, os referidos Requerimentos reprovados na Câmara solicitam do Executivo, informações detalhadas sobre o trabalho dos motoristas, procedimentos de marcações de exames e disponibilização de medicamentos, bem como o quadro de horários de servidores efetivos e comissionados.
